Aerial photography of Real Estate can include 12 Megapixel pictures or HD 720 video of your home or listing, Street fly by view which shows the home in a moving format. Aerial panoramic shots which show the entire neighborhood from above.
Golf Course Turf Grass Analysis:
Turf Grass Analysis features an overfly using a large electric airplane equipped with 3 on board cameras, one shoots in regular light, one takes that same view in Infrared with the last one showing a real time TV view so the customer sees those same views but in real time. The pictures are then run thru photo manipulation software to reveal the hidden information that only Infrared can show, irrigation patterns, and Chlorophyll uptake, and Diseases not yet seen.
Agriculture/Crop Analysis:
Agriculture Row Crops, Grapes, Citrus and Date over flights featuring the same analysis with the above system.
Water Fowl Dispersal:
Coot, Geese and other water fowl eradication from your golf course lakes and surrounding fairways, my methods include a four pronged system. Radio Controlled Float and Land Planes, On board sonic repeller which has eight different predator calls programmed, Decoy Owls, Scary Eyes, and an after dark laser which mimics predator eyes.
